Founded in Phnom Penh in 2006
APEX Group Holdings was founded in Phnom Penh in 2006 by Duong Chay. The group operates in energy, trade and real estate through three subsidiaries, each founded on sincerity and integrity and dedicated to Cambodia’s prosperity.
