APEX Group Holdings was founded in Phnom Penh in 2006 by Duong Chay. The group operates in energy, trade and real estate through three subsidiaries, each founded on sincerity and integrity and dedicated to Cambodia’s prosperity.APEX Group Holdings ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ដោយ ឌួង ឆាយ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនដំណើរការក្នុងវិស័យថាមពល ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងអចលនទ្រព្យ តាមរយៈក្រុមហ៊ុនបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធបី ដែលនីមួយៗបង្កើតឡើងលើភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងសុចរិតភាព និងឧទ្ទិសដល់វិបុលភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា។
